Homemade Smoothie Recipe

One of my new favorite things to make are smoothies. There are so many ingredient options to choose from. Here is my homemade smoothie recipe.

Ingredients:

A half up of mixed frozen berries (I use to the Great Value frozen mixed berries)

A cup of milk (Less or more depending on your thickness preference)

A tbsp. of peanut butter

A scoop of soy chocolate protein mix

A tsp. of ground flax seed

Directions:

Add all ingredients to blender and use the smoothie setting. Poor into glass and enjoy!
