Nicole Smith is an indie author, virtual assistant, and social media marketer with deep roots in rural New England. A country girl at heart, she grew up surrounded by dirt roads, fresh air, and the kind of quiet that teaches you to listen closely to the world around you.

Now living just outside of Concord, New Hampshire, Nicole is a proud mom of four grown children—two biological, two step—and a grandmother embracing this new season of life with open arms and a full heart.

Rates:

• Sponsored posts, as of right now, are $30 each. However, as the site grows, fees will too.
• Advertisement rates vary, depending on the length of time the advertisement will be on Homestead and Hearthstone. There are several options available, so please contact Nicole with any questions you may have.

Review Policy:

• Reviews are free of charge.
• A regular, full-sized product must be sent for a full review of the product(s).  Item(s) will not be returned.
• Products must be provided by the business to Homestead and Hearthstone at the business’s expense.
• A review of 200-300 words will be provided within 2-6 weeks of receipt of the product.
• Each review will contain linkbacks to your website, Facebook, Twitter, or other websites as requested.
• After the review is completed, a link will be provided.
• All reviews are 100% Homestead and Hearthstone’s opinion, and false or misleading information will not be provided. We cannot promise a 100% positive review. We aim to focus on the positive, but we also believe in providing our readers with a 100% truthful review, whether it’s good or bad.
• The review will be advertised via FrugalMaine.com, Instagram, and Blue Sky.
• Discounts, sales, or giveaways are not required, but may be offered at no additional charge. If you’re interested in Homestead and Hearthstone, we conducted a giveaway for you, or sharing a discount or sales code, please feel free to contact us.
• Homestead and Hearthstone reserves the right not to post a review if the terms listed above have not been met.

Giveaway Policy:

• Giveaways are provided at no charge when they are associated with a review. (See review rules above.)
• Giveaways without a product review are subject to a fee.  Please see the Advertising Page for more information.
• At the end of a giveaway, Homestead and Hearthstone will provide the giveaway sponsor with the winner’s contact information, and it’s up to the sponsor to make sure the product is sent out. Homestead and Hearthstone will not be held liable for a product not received.
• All giveaway winners will be chosen via Rafflecopter, which uses Random.org. Under most circumstances, the winner will have 48 hours to respond to emails.  If the winner does not respond, a new winner will be chosen.
• Most giveaways will require the entrants to visit the website of the sponsor and answer a question related to the business/product. If a response is given that shows entrants did not visit the site as required, their entry will be withdrawn.
• Purchases for additional entries violate FTC regulations and will not be permitted.
• Unless otherwise discussed, all giveaways are open to the U.S and Canada. Certain age restrictions may apply, so read the rules carefully.
